Arlington police arrest teen suspect accused of stealing phone at gunpoint
Two teens accused of armed robbery whom police had been searching for since last month are now both in custody.
Joseph Zerr-Meneses, 17, was arrested without incident on Saturday, according to police.
He and Keyon Flynn, whom police believe is Zerr-Meneses' accomplice, surrendered to the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office on Friday, according to police.
The pair are suspected of luring an individual to the 4000 block of Lacy Court on Feb. 16 with an offer to purchase a phone, and then shooting multiple rounds at the victim, police said.
