Female suspect snatches purse of an Arlington hospital worker

A female suspect is being sought after by police in Arlington after they reported that she walked into a local hospital and took a worker's purse back in September.

The Arlington Police Department released surveillance photos of the woman on Monday morning that shows her wearing a black tank top shirt, light green shorts and black flip flops, walking into the emergency services doors at the USMD Hospital at Arlington located at 801 W. Interstate 20.

Arlington police said around 5 p.m. on Sept. 26., the woman went into the hospital and stole the purse of an employee.

The woman was later seen fleeing the hospital in a dark-colored truck shown in surveillance photos taken from the hospital's parking lot cameras.

Police said the woman is 5’7” with a thin build and had curly blonde hair.
