If you haven’t already, you can order your first round of tests now. The website recommends ordering your tests now so you have them when you need them.

You’ll also be able to order a second set of tests.

“If an order was previously placed for your address, you can place a second order now,” the website says.

Where can I find the tests?

You can either go to covidtests.gov and click a blue box that says “Order Free At-Home Tests” or go directly to the USPS website through special.usps.com/testkits.

To place your order:

  • Go to special.usps.com/testkits
  • Fill out your contact information, including your full name and email
  • Fill out your shipping address
  • Click “Check Out Now”

If you need assistance placing an order for your at-home tests, call 1-800-232-0233 or 1-888-720-7489 (TTY).

How many will I get?

When you place your second order, you’ll get an additional set of four rapid antigen COVID-19 tests for your household.

If you haven’t placed any orders yet, you can order two separate times for your household, for a total of eight tests.

When will you receive them?

You should receive the tests seven to 12 days after your order, the White House says.
