Tarrant County reports 10 COVID deaths in 4 cities, including Fort Worth woman in 30s
Tarrant County reported 10 more coronavirus deaths and 595 new cases on Friday.
The latest COVID-19 deaths include three in Arlington, three in Fort Worth, three in Grapevine, and an Azle woman in her 80s.
The deaths include a Fort Worth woman in her 30s, an Arlington man in his 50s, two Fort Worth women in their 60s, two Arlington women in their 70s, a Grapevine woman in her 70s, and two Grapevine women in their 90s. One of the 10 did not have underlying health conditions.
Tarrant County has confirmed a total of 24,562 cases, including 329 COVID-related deaths and at least 11,815 recoveries. The county has reported 26 coronavirus deaths since Monday.
Among the total coronavirus deaths in the county, 67% have been 65 or older, 26% have been between 45 and 64, 6% have been between 25 and 44, and one resident has been between 15 and 24.
Among the total coronavirus cases in the county, 39% have been between 25 and 44, 27% have been between 45 and 64, 18% have been between 15 and 24, 11% have been 65 or older, and 5% have been 14 or younger.
