Tarrant County confirms 10 new coronavirus cases, including four more in Fort Worth
Tarrant County confirmed 10 new COVID-19 cases Monday morning, bringing the total to 57.
Two patients have recovered.
The 57 cases are spread across 15 cities, including 18 in Fort Worth and 13 in Arlington. Four of the new cases are in Fort Worth, two in Haltom City, and one each in Keller, Arlington, Southlake and Colleyville. The two in Haltom City are the first confirmed there.
Patrick James, a 77-year-old Arlington man, is the only confirmed coronavirus-related death in Tarrant County.
Thirty-two of the county’s cases are travel-related, four were transmitted from a known source, 14 from an unknown source and seven are pending investigation, according to the county’s website.
The total cases in each Tarrant County city as of Monday morning were 18 in Fort Worth; 13 in Arlington; four in Southlake and Mansfield; three in Colleyville; two in Euless, Haltom City, Keller, Lakeside and North Richland Hills; and one in Benbrook, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Watauga and White Settlement.
