Looking to size up? This new community in Bartonville may have what you’re looking for.

Bartonville, a town in Denton County with a population of about 1,800 people, will soon be home to Eagle Ridge. The luxury community will feature 38 custom built homes on lots of at least two acres. The homes will start at $3 million.

About 30 lots are still available. Prices for the remaining lots range from $599,000 to $745,000.

The community includes natural ponds as well as mature native tress. It is zoned for the Argyle school district.

The neighborhood is being developed by Lewisville-based Cana Capital, which is partnering with builders Pentavia Custom Homes, Denton Creek Builders and Lingenfelter Custom Homes.

Cana Capital is the real estate developer behind Hudson Hills in Bartonville, Lakeside at Cielo Ranch in Shady Shores and Windsor Estates in north Keller.
