The median home price in Dallas-Fort Worth shot up more than 20% in the first quarter.

The median home price reached $376,500 in the first quarter of 2022 — an increase of 21.5% the same period in 2021, according to a new report from Texas Realtors,

Of all Texas metros, DFW is second to Austin in median home price. Statewide, the median price increased 18.6% to $325,000.
