Downtown Fort Worth is shifting, and here’s an opportunity to help shape the area’s future.

The mixed-use development of The Tower at 500 Throckmorton St. is up for auction, with a starting bid of $5.5 million.

Retail occupants of the building’s street level include Salsa Limon, Potbelly’s, Origin Bank, freshii and Mercury Chophouse.

The property’s occupancy rate is 40%, and sits below the 295-unit condominium development.

The auction, which is being managed by JLL and Ten-X, takes place from April 12 to 14.
