Entry-level homes in this new Denton development will start in the $360,000s
Homebuyers can Denton can purchase a new entry-level home for under $400,000 in this new development from Scottsdale-based Meritage Homes.
Kings Ridge will include 132 homesites starting the $360,000s. In January, the median home price was $325,000, according to the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.
Customers can choose from nine floorplans ranging in size from about 1,600 to 3,100 square feet.
The development is in the Denton school district adjacent to Denton’s newest high school. The model home is located at 3409 Chivalry Drive.
Prospective buyers can start making pre-sale appointments this month.
Meritage Homes is also building Palmilla Springs, a community west of Fort Worth with houses starting in the $290,000s.
