The Near Southside will be home to a new apartment complex off South Main Street
Demolition has begun to make way for a new apartment complex in Fort Worth’s Near Southside neighborhood.
The 200,000-square-foot, five-story project will be built at 218 W. Broadway Ave. and includes an interior courtyard, rooftop pool deck and integrated garage, according to documents filed with the state.
The cost of the project is estimated at $35 million, and it’s expected to be completed by June 2023.
It’s the third project in the Near Southside from Fort Worth-based Maverick Development Group, which also built Ramble & Rose at 501 W. Rosedale St. and Mag & May at 315 W. Magnolia Ave.
