Alliance Town Center is expanding its office space offerings in the form of Hillwood Commons II, a 135,000-square-foot speculative office building, Hillwood announced.

Hillwood Commons II will be next to Hillwood Commons I at 9801 Hillwood Parkway and is the first of two planned buildings designed to accommodate future expansion.

To increase the safety of its workplaces amid the coronavirus pandemic, the office building will feature increased air filtration and touch-less doors. The buildings will be near the walking trail at Bluestem Park.

The building will be complete by February 2023.

The mixed-use, master-planned development AllianceTexas is home to 533 businesses and about 53 million square feet of commercial real estate. It is anchored by Fort Worth Alliance Airport.
