A new apartment complex is coming to this south Fort Worth suburb
By summer 2022, 217 apartment units will come online in Burleson.
Atlantica at Burleson, a project by Sovereign Properties and Invest Capital Group, will be at 285 SE John Jones Dr., about 18 miles south of downtown Fort Worth.
The $40 million project will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units for rent priced at about $1.59 per square foot, bringing average rents to about $1,490 for a one-bedroom, $1,700 for a two-bedroom and $2,000 for a three-bedroom.
The first units will be available by January.
The three-story complex also includes a pool, grills, a dog park and spa, a cybercafe and a fitness studio.
“We’ve been bullish on DFW for some time,” said Katie Clarke, chief investment officer for Sovereign Properties. “Burleson is attractive because of the great school district and high median incomes.”
