Worth Heights is getting a new gas station and more retail space this summer
The Worth Heights neighborhood is getting a new gas station and convenience store, along with some new retail.
The construction of a new building is currently underway at the northeast corner of Hemphill and Bolt streets. Melissa Huffman, vice president of Omni Group, said the building will be the home of a new gas station and convenience store. There will also be 7,000 square feet of divisible retail space, though no tenants have been confirmed yet for the retail space.
Omni Group is the same developer that brought the Advanced Auto Parts and Family Dollar store down the road from the new construction.
The building will be complete by August.
