More shops, restaurants planned for this retail district in far north Fort Worth
A commercial development is headed to far north Fort Worth near Harmon Ranch.
The development, called Shops at Presidio, will cost roughly $3 million and include four single story buildings, according to public records.
The collection of stores will be directly west of the Harmon Road and Presidio Vista Drive roundabout once an extension is added by the developer. More broadly, the project sits just north of where U.S. 287 splits from of Interstate 35W near the $1.1 billion North City project and Presidio Towne Crossing, a 50-acre retail development anchored by Target and Costco.
Developer Sreenivas Geesala said the space has not been leased out. He estimates the project will be done in October 2027.
Nearly half of the 37,000 square feet are designated for restaurants with patios. The rest of the space will be retail.
