2 retailers planning locations at University Park Village
The University Park Village shopping center is getting two new stores soon.
Aritzia, a women’s clothing store, is expected to cost around $5.7 million and be completed by March 2027. Coach, a purse brand, is expected to cost $582,000 and be completed by October 2026.
The Aritzia will move to the space occupied by Pottery Barn, which is moving to the Westbend Development in June. Coach will move into a vacant suite in the shopping center, at 1612 S. University Drive.
According to Aritzia, the store plans to open 11 to 12 stores in the United States during the fiscal 2027 year.
In addition to the store planned for University Park Village, Coach will open a coffee shop at the Allen Premium Outlets this summer.
