During the hotel’s grand opening celebration, guests who book two nights or more will receive a $100 food and beverage credit to be used within the hotel.

The $550 million hotel has been under construction since October 2022 and is part of nearly $1 billion in new development in Arlington’s entertainment district. The hotel at 888 Nolan Ryan Expressway is walking distance from Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium, Texas Live!, luxury apartment complex One Rangers Way, and a future National Medal of Honor Museum.

The 888-room Loews Arlington Hotel will be connected to the convention center, also opening in 2024.

The facility will include 250,000 square feet of meeting space, two resort-style swimming pools, a beach, five additional food and beverage options and a water slide. The hotel will also feature an over-sized events lawn and a 1,550-space parking garage.

Soy Cowboy, the hotel’s signature restaurant, will be an upscale pan-Asian concept from Texas-based Berg Hospitality. Soy Cowboy’s menu will feature flavors of China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and Japan, including traditional sushi, tempura, Korean and Japanese barbecue, hibachi and an extensive selection of cocktails, wine and sake. Berg Hospitality previously brought B&B Butchers & Restaurant to Fort Worth.

Another dining option, Farena, will feature homemade Italian pizza and pasta with indoor and outdoor seating options.
