Flying somewhere for Spring Break? Check out this sale on DFW Airport parking spots

DFW Airport is offering deep discounts on parking during Spring Break.

The airport’s most expensive parking, the up-close spots at its five passenger terminals, are normally $24 per day. But starting now and effective through March 4, travelers who book their parking plans online can get a spot at any terminal garage for $9.99 per day.

The discounts are valid for travel March 6-23, airport officials said. A minimum three-day trip is required.

To get the discount, use DFW’s mobile app or visit the airport’s parking website at www.dfwairport.com/park.

Also, DFW has eliminated the requirement that passengers pre-select a specific terminal to park at while booking their online parking plans — something that has caused problems in the past with travelers whose flights were moved to a different terminal. Customers now will be able to pay for the discounted parking, then park at any of the terminals they wish.

The online parking system also is offering a discounted rate of $8.99 per day for Express Parking, or $6.99 per day for Remote Parking. Those parking rates are normally $15 or $12 per day for Express Parking (depending upon whether the customer wants covered or uncovered parking) or $10 daily for Remote Parking.
