Title Source to become first tenant in Hillwood’s new office building

FORT WORTH Title Source, a provider of title insurance, property valuations and settlement services, will become the first tenant in Hillwood Properties’ Hillwood Commons I office building at Alliance Town Center.

Title Source has leased 10,000 square feet in the new building, located on the north side of Heritage Trace Parkway and east of Interstate 35W. The company will have 60 employees when it moves into its Alliance office in late March or early April, Hillwood said.

Hillwood Properties is developer of the 18,000-acre master-planned, mixed-use AllianceTexas development. Alliance Town Center takes up about 900 acres of the development. Construction started on the three-story, 158,000-square-foot office building in 2012. It is the first of two planned office buildings at Alliance Town Center.

“Title Source is the first corporate office client to move into Hillwood Commons I at Alliance Town Center, tapping into the exponentially growing north Fort Worth market,” said Steve Aldrich, Hillwood Properties vice president.

“The (Hillwood Commons) location was chosen by our team members because of its ease of access,” said Brian Hughes, Title Source’s COO. “We really like what Alliance Town Center has to offer and believe this new facility will allow us to continue to provide our clients a competitive edge in the marketplace.”

Title Source is based in Detroit and has regional operating centers in California, Ohio, Pennsylvania. It has two locations in Denton.
