Dallas-based Dunhill Partners buys Weatherford Ridge
WEATHERFORD - Dunhill Partners, a Dallas-based shopping center owner and manager, has bought the Weatherford Ridge Shopping Center at Interstate 20 and Main Street built in 2006.
The center was sold by Dallas-based The Retail Connection, an affiliate of North American Development Group, which acquired the 50-acre site for the center. Connected Development Services, The Retail Connection’s development arm, completed the 388,000-square-foot center. The center features 40 retailers, including JCPenney, Belk, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michael’s, TJ Maxx and Ulta.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We believe this will be a wonderful high-yield investment for our company long-term,” said William Hutchinson, Dunhill’s president.
Dunhill Partners was founded in 1984 and is now the 23rd most active retail real estate buyer in the U.S., the company said.
