Eatzi’s is coming to Fort Worth.
The European-style eatery, which features a variety of prepared dishes from grilled meats to sushi as well as pastries, cheese and wine, has signed a lease at the University Park Village shopping center.
The Dallas-based company expects to open either in late 2016 or early 2017. It has North Texas locations in Grapevine, Plano, Highland Park and Dallas.
“We are extremely excited to finally bring Eatzi’s to Fort Worth,” said Eatzi’s CEO Adam Romo in a prepared statement. “Fort Worth is a fantastic city for food, retailing and entertainment. The consumers are educated, discerning and sophisticated foodies, and they demand what Eatzi’s offers.”

According to the press release, CBRE|UCR Senior Vice President Greg Pierce handled site selection for Eatzi’s and represented them in the lease transaction with Simon Property Group.
“This is a pivotal location for a lifestyle concept like Eatzi’s which offers high-quality, fresh, prepared foods,” said Pierce. “It’s one of the best locations in all of Fort Worth, right in the heart of an affluent, densely-populated area. The end cap location offers ample parking, patios, and great visibility to University Drive.”
