PNC Bank moving into new office space in Fort Worth’s Crescent development
The Crescent Fort Worth hotel and mixed-use development coming soon to the Cultural District has one more thing in common with its Uptown Dallas counterpart: office space filled by PNC Bank.
The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based bank is relocating members of its commercial, corporate and private bank teams from its West Seventh Street office at Museum Place to 15,000 square feet of office space in the nearby Crescent Fort Worth starting early 2024.
PNC Bank has had offices in Uptown Dallas’ Crescent development since 2017. The company signed a new lease for more than 55,000 square feet of Dallas office space in 2021.
“PNC Bank continues to grow our business and the number of employees in both Dallas and Fort Worth,” Dale Klose, PNC territory executive for the southwest and mountain region, said in a release. “We recently increased our office space in The Crescent Dallas and now we are growing our footprint in the heart of Fort Worth.”
The upcoming Crescent Fort Worth at 3230 Camp Bowie Blvd. is the Cultural District’s first luxury hotel property and will open within walking distance of The Modern Art Museum, Amon Carter Museum of Art, Kimbell Art Museum and Dickies Arena.
The long-awaited hotel was slated to open in September, but the development’s opening has been moved back to mid-October, according to hotel spokesperson Kasey Pipes. The hotel will also feature a Canyon Ranch Wellness Club, which is more than what one may think of when hearing the word “spa.”
PNC Bank’s workspace in The Crescent Fort Worth will combine conference rooms, modern high-tech workspaces and traditional offices.
“We have created a vibrant mixed-use development and having a high-quality national bank like PNC whose local leadership team is focused on North Texas is the right fit for this space,” John Goff, chairman of Crescent Real Estate, said in a release.
The bank focuses on corporate and institutional banking, asset management, retail banking, real estate finance, wealth management and more.
“This new office space reflects the creative energy from the surrounding area,” Brendan McGuire, PNC’s regional president for North Texas, said in a release. “PNC has long recognized the power of arts and culture and the positive role it plays in a community. Relocating to The Crescent Fort Worth will help us tap into the vibrancy of Fort Worth’s Cultural District and inspire an exciting work environment for our teams.”
While the bank is one of the country’s largest financial service companies, the company’s presence in North Texas was relatively new until a few years ago.The bank first opened its Fort Worth branch in 2019.
