Construction underway on specialty retail and office development in far north Fort Worth
Construction has begun on a mixed-use development at Harmon Road and Heritage Trace Parkway in far north Fort Worth.
Fort Worth-based LanCarte Commercial said leasing is under way for the 26,000 square feet of specialty retail and office space across three buildings. The site, at at 9555 Harmon Road, is just north of Presidio Towne Crossing and west of Alliance Town Center.
The developer is CHC Development of Fort Worth, LanCarte Commercial said in a press release.
Harmon Road will soon be four lanes from U.S. 287 to Golden Triangle Boulevard. Construction is scheduled to be completed in March, according to the city.
