Developers are building a new McDonald’s in Far Southwest Fort Worth.

A building permit approved this week shows the location as will be 1908 W. Everman Parkway, at the corner with Crowley and Sycamore School roads.

There’s already a Wendy’s near the intersection, along with a RaceTrac gas station and WinCo Foods grocery store.

The $1.5 million project’s owner is listed as LZ Capital LLC of Aledo.

McDonald’s recently opened a smaller-format location near Fort Worth that is focused on to-go orders placed through its app. The restaurant at 8540 West Freeway in White Settlement has a conveyor belt that delivers food to customer’s cars.

Another new McDonald’s is under construction along Interstate 30 in western Fort Worth.
