2 new industrial buildings planned for Alliance before 2023, Hillwood announces
AllianceTexas is getting two new industrial buildings before 2023.
Hillwood, the AllianceTexas developer, announced it will start construction on the buildings in December, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2022. The spec buildings will total almost 1 million square feet, Hillwood said in a statement.
The new buildings will be at the southeast corner of North Beach Street and Litsey Road.
