Dallas-Fort Worth rehab hospital opening later this year thought to lead to 100 jobs

An Austin-based rehabilitative healthcare company on Tuesday said it would open a facility in Flower Mound by the end of this year.

ClearSky Health, Inc. said it expected its hospital would employ about 100 people in healthcare-related roles.

The facility, ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Flower Mound, is to provide post-acute rehabilitative care to people with disabling injuries or illnesses such as strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures and Parkinson’s disease.

The company said it expected to treat about 650 patients a year. It is upgrading a 56,345-square-foot building at 3100 Peters Colony Road.
