North Fort Worth is on a development streak. This time, it’s a new gym.
If you see a lot of dirt turning over at West Bailey Boswell and Old Decatur roads, it’s likely because builders are getting to construct a new LA Fitness.
According to a commercial grading permit filed with the city Dec. 31, an LA Fitness is likely to go in at 4529 W. Bailey Boswell Road in north Fort Worth. The new gym will serve north Fort Worth and nearby Saginaw.
North Fort Worth continues to grow at a rapid pace with new houses and apartments under construction at a near constant pace, and with that comes more retail and restaurants.
This new LA Fitness is the latest example. No word yet on a construction timeline.
