Keller might get a massive housing and retail development — if city council approves
Keller City Council is set to consider a zoning case that would turn 38 acres of land along US 377 into a mixed-use development called Center Stage.
According to the plans by developer Realty Capital Management, the tract of land at the northeast corner of 377 and Mt. Gilead Road next to the Milestone Church will have 70 single-family homes, 550 apartments and 59,500 square feet for retail, restaurants and office use.
The Keller Zoning Commission voted yes to recommend approval to the city council.
The case goes before the council at its meeting Tuesday.
