South Fort Worth will soon be home to 569,000 square feet of industrial space.

Black Creek Group, a Denver-based developer, announced it broke ground Tuesday on the Carter Logistics Center, a three building distribution development in south Fort Worth at interstates 35W and 20, on the 7000 block of Oak Grove Road.

According to a news release, the three distribution warehouses will be between 88,000 and 250,000 square feet. It will be divisible down to 30,000 square feet for multiple tenants.

“With the south Fort Worth submarket boasting strong industrial fundamentals and solid demand for modern, Class A space we believe Carter Logistics Center is well-positioned for success and we continue to look for developments like this to increase our presence in such a solid market,” said Mace McClatchy, senior managing director of the south central region for Black Creek Group, in a news release.
