Industrial buildings in Arlington and Grand Prairie were among a 27-building portfolio in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston bought by a fund of Crow Holdings Capital in Dallas.
Eight buildings are in Dallas-Fort Worth, including 2400 Centennial Drive in Arlington, and 1375 Avenue S and 1002 Avenue T in Grand Prairie.
The 27 buildings total 2.3 million square feet and were 95.6 percent leased at the time of the sale. The sales price was not disclosed.
Fewer paying cash when buying homes
Cash sales made up 34.4 percent of total home sales in Fort Worth-Arlington in February, less than the national average but slightly ahead of the rest of Texas.
Nationally, 37.9 percent of total home sales were made by cash, down from 40.6 percent in February 2014, CoreLogic reported.
Locally, the rate was down 4.9 percentage points from a year earlier. In Texas, cash sales were made in 33 percent of home sales.
The share of cash sales peaked in January 2011, when cash transactions made up 46.5 percent of total home sales nationally, CoreLogic said.
In another report from RealtyTrac, more than 1.5 million loans for single-family homes and condos were originated in the U.S. from January to March, up 17 percent from the year-ago quarter.
Total dollar volume of loans originated in the first quarter was $377 billion, up 32 percent from a year ago.

238 N. Main St., Keller
The full-service locksmith Michael’s Keys bought this 4,050-square-foot building. Michael’s Keys also has locations in Colleyville, Burleson, Dallas and Fort Worth. Scott Lowe of Vision Commercial represented the buyer. Moore Matthews of KW Commercial represented the seller.
2851 E. Broad St., Mansfield
Methodist Mansfield Medical Center has pre-leased 5,598 square feet of medical space from Gary Alexander of Alexander General Surgery. Tom Ritter of Ritter and Associates Real Estate represented the landlord. Alexander is breaking ground this summer on a 15,000-square-foot medical facility.
