Industrial buildings sold to Crow Holdings

Industrial buildings in Arlington and Grand Prairie were among a 27-building portfolio in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston bought by a fund of Crow Holdings Capital in Dallas.

Eight buildings are in Dallas-Fort Worth, including 2400 Centennial Drive in Arlington, and 1375 Avenue S and 1002 Avenue T in Grand Prairie.

The 27 buildings total 2.3 million square feet and were 95.6 percent leased at the time of the sale. The sales price was not disclosed.

Dallas-based Holliday Fenoglio Fowler brokered the deal for the seller, a partnership of Dallas-based Mayfield Properties and New York-based AllianceBernstein Real Estate Group.
