Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Tiffany & Co. are the latest high-dollar retailers to officially announce that they will have stores at The Shops at Clearfork.
Simon Properties announced the addition of the stores on Monday, although it has been known for months that they were in the process of permitting for space at Clearfork. The stores will be located across from the Neiman Marcus store at Gage and Monahans avenues.
Louis Vuitton sells clothing, shoes, watches and jewelry but is probably best known for its iconic luggage, bags and accessories. Burberry is a British luxury brand for classic clothing for men and women. Tiffany is the international jeweler known for its opulent designs.
Simon, the nation’s largest owner of shopping malls, is working with Cassco Development Co., a local entity led by the Edwards family, which is developing the 270-acre mixed-use Clearfork development.
Neiman Marcus, The Shops at Clearfork’s first anchor tenant, opened its 90,000-square-foot store in February. The mall will be home to 100 luxury home-furnishing and specialty retailers including Arhaus Furniture, an Ohio-based company that designs and builds its own furniture, and Z Gallerie from California, which also sells home furnishings.
A mix of new regional and national restaurants is slated to open later this year and in 2018, including B&B Butchers & Restaurant, Fixe, Malai Kitchen, Mesero and Luna Grill.
