These Fort Worth zip codes still have homes for sale under $200k — here’s where to look

Limited home listings in Fort Worth’s real estate market put the pressure on prospective homebuyers this spring and continues into the summer.

The median home price in Fort Worth was $340,000 in May, according to a Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors housing report. The median price in Tarrant County was $356,500.

Home prices are down from spring 2022, according to the report, however they are slowly climbing. Last month the median home price in Fort Worth was $336,250 and $350,000 in Tarrant County.

  • 76164: Average value $179,957
  • 76115: Average value $181,484
  • 76106: Average value $184,974
