Ready for a move. If so, attend a Village Homes special event on Sunday, May 17 from 12 to 4 p.m. The Village Homes Parade of Homes. In this time of social distancing and concern over personal health and safety, Village Homes wants to offer a way to tour immediately available, move-in ready homes in Riverhills, Walsh, and the River District areas of Fort Worth without worry.

Our home and townhomes in these areas will be open with contactless entry and the ability to either drive by and pick up information about the home, or, if preferred, to tour on one’s own by visiting the open home itself. We will have Village Homes experts available outside the homes to answer any questions and to provide one with any information one may need. We will provide sanitizing products at each home, and we will do everything we can to insure one can tour without worry or concern. This will also give buyers an opportunity to explore the community and its surrounding areas. Homes on the tour range in price from the 330’s to over 1 million. Special realtor and buyer incentives will be available for homes on the tour purchased between May 17 and May 24. Neighborhoods like Riverhills, The Grove, The River District and Walsh offer the best Fort Worth has to offer in new home construction, and Village Homes wants one to be able to see what is available, with no stress about being safe. At each home on the tour, there will be prize registration cards to fill out for entry into drawings to be held at the end of the day. We want one to have fun and enjoy our new homes.
