An Old World luxury estate located in the Dallas-Fort Worth enclave will sell to the highest bidder via leading global auction firm Concierge Auctions. Previously listed for $3.5 million, the property will sell at or above $2.5 million in cooperation with Diane Gallichio of RE/MAX Pinnacle Group Realtors.

Situated on nearly two acres, the 19,673-square-foot estate, located at 3716 N. White Chapel Boulevard, offers eight bedrooms, a master sanctuary with a vaulted tray ceiling, wood fireplace and spa bath, and a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry, large center island, commercial-grade appliances, built-in coffee maker and double ovens. Architectural features include Old World European finishes, brick-and-stone interiors, coffered ceilings, and a spiral staircase with wrought-iron railings.

The home boasts an auto collector’s dream garage fit for a 15-car collection. Outdoors, the estate features a grotto-style pool and hot tub, and covered and open lounge areas. Additional spaces include a billiards room with kitchenette, wet bar/lounge with stone fireplace and a state-of-the-art home theater. Situated across from Bob Jones Park, the estate is in close proximity to Lake Grapevine, downtown Dallas, and both Dallas Fort Worth and Dallas Love Field airports.

Bidding, which will be held via Concierge Auctions’ online marketplace, will open April 23 and close April 25. Open houses are held daily from 1 to 4 p.m. and by appointment. A preview event will held at the home on Thursday, April 11.
