Most listings by an individual agent were Kathy Lakatta and most closed units by an individual agent were Kathy Lakatta.

The top groups recognized were the Magazzine Cunningham Group for large group category and the Kristina Anderson Group for the small group category. Most listings taken for groups were the Magazzine Cunningham Group and the Casselberry Heugatter Group. Most closed units for groups were the Magazzine Cunningham Group, and a tie by the Kristina Anderson Group and the Austin Group.
