Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty | Leading Luxury Brokerage Expands Director Roles, Adds Dynamic New Sales Executive

Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, the leader in luxury real estate in Tarrant County, announces expanded roles and a new sales director.

Fort Worth native Zareen Khan, the brokerage’s director of sales at its Cultural District and Mira Vista offices, becomes the firm’s chief sales officer in addition to her current role. Khan spent two years practicing transactional real estate law as an attorney at a large firm in Fort Worth. She eventually established, with two partners, the Bloom Real Estate Group, a full-service residential brokerage which provided Fort Worth buyers and sellers a boutique approach. It was acquired in 2015 by Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, where Khan now focuses on strategic and business planning, including agent support, agent development and agent recruitment.

The firm also announces an expanded role for Betsy Cameron, the firm’s director of sales at its Lakewood office, who also becomes the co-director of sales at its largest office, Lovers Lane in Dallas. Cameron will focus primarily on agent support, agent development and agent recruitment for both offices.

The brokerage also announces the appointment of Gaynelle Henger as the co-director of sales at Lovers Lane, with Cameron. Henger’s primary responsibilities will also include agent support, agent development and agent recruitment. Her longtime knowledge of luxury real estate agents, clients, properties and transactions is strengthened by her 20 years in corporate marketing, communications and advertising, including multiple senior vice-president positions.

The announcements come at an exciting time for Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, which realized exceptional successes in 2017. Its 500-plus agents, in 10 offices across North Texas, achieved a total sales volume of more than $3 billion. The firm sold more homes in 2017 priced more than $1 million in all of Tarrant County, per North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, than any other brokerage.
