The flashy development around the Live! by Loews hotel in Arlington will make Thanksgiving fun.

A $95 buffet (that includes the tip) offers turkey, salmon, pork loin and steaks along with a chilled seafood bar, sides and desserts.

Go before the Cowboys game, or later and watch the crowd gather; 1600 E. Randol Mill Road, 682-277-4950, reserve at Resy.com or see cutandbourbon.com.

Hey, Bud! When do the new hotels open?

One new hotel, the Crescent Fort Worth, is booking rooms beginning Nov. 8. But it’s not booking tables in Emilia’s or Blue Room yet at Resy.com.

The Auberge Bowie House and its Bricks & Horses restaurant are scheduled to open Dec. 1.

The remodeled Crazy Hotel in Mineral Wells and its Second Bar + Kitchen are now open but may not serve Thanksgiving.

And the Hotel Drover in the Stockyards will serve a $75 turkey and prime rib Thanksgiving dinner with pies.

Choose: Breakfast at 9 a.m., or turkey?

Hey, Bud! We need to eat early Thanksgiving. Is there anywhere to go?

—Somebody always asks

Blue Mesa Southwest Grill rolls out its buffet with turkey, brisket tacos and omelets at 9 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning.

That’s $35, $10 for kids. So you could almost take the family there for breakfast and then have lunch later before the Cowboys game.

Blue Mesa also serves a buffet every Sunday and a $12 lunch buffet every Wednesday; 612 Carroll St., 817-332-6372, bluemesagrill.com.
