Grimaldi’s has a single-slice pizza deal

Hey, Bud! Why don’t more pizza places sell pizza by the slice?

It’s not common, except at the buffets or line-service pizza-and-pasta cafes like Nizza Pizza or Picchi Pacchi.

But this month there’s a new option.

Brooklyn-born and now-Arizona-based Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is offering a large pizza slice with a salad and drink for $9.99 at lunch.

It’s at 5276 Monahans Ave., Fort Worth, and 1401 William D. Tate Avenue, Grapevine,
