Free Chick-fil-A, fries for wearing purple Fridays
Hey, Bud! Is anybody giving discounts for wearing TCU purple this year?
—Alex, Fort Worth
For lots of Texans, TCU football season means one thing: Free Chick-fil-A.
On Fridays in TCU season, anyone wearing purple gets a free Chick-fil-A biscuit or sandwich if you pay for a side and drink. That’s only at the Montgomery Plaza location, 549 Carroll St.
The list of offers is shorter this season, but the Kincaid’s Hamburgers at 4901 Camp Bowie Blvd., is offering free crinkle fries to anyone in purple if you buy a burger.
Both Buffalo Bros locations, 3015 S. University Drive and 415 Throckmorton St., offer half-price nachos, an appetizer or dessert for wearing purple. See the list at gopurplefriday.com/restaurants.
