The new Southlake Town Square location of Canada-based Moxie’s Grill & Bar is scheduled to open this week, the first of several new restaurants in the sprawling shopping center.

Moxie’s fourth Texas location is scheduled to open Sept. 10 at 1472 Main St, on the corner at Central Avenue.

Moxie’s is owned by Dallas Stars owner Tom Gagliardi and opens in time for the Stars’ third game in the Stanley Cup Playoffs Western Conference final.

The Southlake menu lists general bar-and-grill items from steaks and seafood to bar items such as burgers, lettuce wraps and poutine, a French-Canadian dish of fries in beef gravy with cheese curds.

It’s open for lunch and dinner; 817-764-2767, moxies.com.

Two restaurants by Dallas chef Omar Flores are coming later this year in the square, off Texas 114 in suburban Dallas-Fort Worth.

Whistle Britches will open at 1230 Main St.; whistlebritcheschicken.com.

Muchacho Comida Tex-Mex will open at 431 Grand Ave, East; muchachotexmex.com.
