Eats Beat

Look at this view! It’s the new restaurant and bar on top of a new Stockyards hotel.

The new Tim Love restaurant atop a Stockyards-area hotel opens this weekend, just in time for the Stock Show and Rodeo.

Ático (“attic”), 2315 N. Main St., is a tapas bar with a rooftop view.

It only serves small plates. (If you want a big dinner, go across the street to Lonesome Dove Western Bistro.)

But the menu is generous, featuring a venison salami flatbread, grilled oysters, charcuterie and tacos with Ibérico ham and caviar.

The bar is billed as Barcelona-style, with a sprawling view of both downtown Fort Worth and the Stockyards.

The menu also offers grilled fish, a lime-garlic Spanish pork tenderloin, ham or brisket croquetas and pan con tomate.

Ático will serve dinner weekdays, brunch and dinner weekends; 682-255-5100, marriott.com.
