Hey, Bud! Here's where to find beef Wellington and Yorkshire pudding

Hey, Bud! Somebody asked about beef Wellington. It's on the menu at B&B Butchers.

—Jonathan, Fort Worth

Hey, Bud! B&B Butchers in Fort Worth has delicious prime rib and Yorkshire pudding. It gives Lawry's a run for its money.

—Ellen, Fort Worth

So noted. The prime rib is $49, and the beef Wellington is $55. Most of all, it's good to see local readers varying from B&B Butchers' basic prime steak menu and trying other dishes. For the Fourth of July, B&B's butcher shop side is offering take-home packages from $135 to $495 (the last comes with two Wagyu steaks and four prime dry-aged steaks).

Hey, Bud! It looks like a new Thai restaurant opened in Colleyville.

—Colleyville dining spy

Same chef, new name and menu. Chef "Eddy T" Thretipthuangsin switched his Sai Fine Asian restaurant to NAPA Thai Cuisine, dialing the price back a half-notch and still keeping his popular dishes such as duck tamarind and branzino in ginger sauce. It's in the oft-changing space at 5005 Colleyville Blvd.

Hey, Bud! Did you see what a guy posted about [sushi restaurant] where he was cursed at and flipped off for wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat?

—Lots of Facebook followers

Yep. I understand. I get cussed out too, and I don't even wear a hat. But being cussed out or flipped off by another patron at the martini bar is not anything like a restaurant refusing service.
