1 Arlington restaurant closed but no failures, low scores in latest health inspections

One restaurant was closed in an Arlington health inspection from Jan. 15 to Jan. 28. No other restaurants received failing scores, but two had follow-up inspections, according to city data.

Of the 118 inspections conducted over two weeks, Elotes Regios (a stationary pushcart), located at 2525 East Park Row Drive, was closed Thursday.

Arlington inspection data does not list the violations. Inspections are based on a 100-point system. A score of 100 is a perfect score and 70 is considered to be extremely poor. Re-inspections are conducted for restaurants that score 75 or less.

Two businesses had follow-up inspections. Arlington Villas Retirement Center, located at 2601 W. Randol Mill Road, received a score of 90. Whole Foods Market deli located at 801 E. Lamar Blvd. received a score of 93.

Seven restaurants received perfect scores. No restaurants received a score of 75 or less.
