Two Arlington restaurants fail health inspections, 18 require followups
Out of nearly 100 food establishments inspected in Arlington over two weeks in February, Pho Pasteur Restaurant and Take a Bao were the two restaurants that failed their health inspections, according to city records.
Unlike in Fort Worth, Arlington inspections are scored on a 100-point system, with a perfect score being 100, and anything below 70 considered extremely poor. Throughout a two-week period between Feb. 13 and Feb. 26, the two Asian restaurants failed their inspections, and 18 food establishments required followups for violations.
Pho Pasteur Restaurant, located at 100 W. Pioneer Pkwy #158, and Take a Bao, located at 2390 E. Lamar Blvd,, both scored a 67 on their initial inspections.
On its followup Take a Bao scored an 87. Pho Pasteur also will have a followup inspection.
Other restaurants that scored below 75 and required re-inspections included Latina Restaurant & Drive Thru, at 3333 E. Division St., Bone Daddy’s, at 415 E. Interstate 20, and Chicago Pizza and Pasta, at 2141 N. Collins St. Suite 525.
