New craft hot dog chain coming to Arlington — find out why it calls itself ‘the absolute wurst’
Two years after it first came to north Texas, Dog Haus is bringing its second location to Arlington.
Located at 4000 Bagpiper Way, Suite 100 in Arlington Highlands, the location for Dog Haus Biergarten is scheduled for a grand opening this summer.
Dog Haus Biergarten is a California-based fast casual restaurant that serves all-beef hot dogs and handmade sausages. It also serves local beers on tap.
Some of the concoctions are more daring and inventive, with sausages served inside three split Hawaiian rolls as the bun. They also feature various topics: chilli, cheese sauce, avocado or even an egg. Dog Haus also serves burgers, sandwiches and sliders.
The Arlington location is the second Dog Haus in Texas, after the Richardson location opened two years ago. Another location for Burleson is still in the works.
