Reata, Backstage Club will return to Stock Show and rodeo

Reata at the Rodeo and Reata at the Backstage Club will return to the Stock Show in 2020, owner Mike Micallef announced today.

The busy Sundance Square restaurant will operate both Stock Show locations again. The Backstage will open to all guests and drop its 63-year-old private-club membership fee.

The Backstage will serve horse show patrons and other guests at events in Will Rogers Coliseum.

(Tickets went on sale this week for the first rodeos in the new Dickies Arena, which will have its own clubs and food service.)

Besides Reata at the Rodeo in the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall, Reata will continue to operate La Espuela Mexican Cantina in the Moncrief Building and the franchised Starbucks locations.

The 2020 Stock Show will be Reata’s 19th year to operate the Backstage Club and Reata at the Rodeo, a full-service restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily in the exhibits hall.
