It’s true! Starbucks is giving away free drinks
In the spirit of the holiday season, Starbucks is giving customers the chance to score free drinks for a limited time.
Part of the Seattle-based coffee chain’s “Give Good” campaign, customers who stop by Starbucks between 2-5 p.m. on Nov. 9-13 and purchase a holiday drink will receive a free holiday beverage of their choosing to share with someone special (or keep for yourself if you’re a Grinch). The BOGO promotion is valid at all Starbucks locations in the United States and Canada.
Eligible holidays beverages include Chestnut Praline Latte, Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Gingerbread Latte, Eggnog Latte, Holiday Spice Flat White and Teavana Joy Brewed Tea.

This year, Starbucks nixed its iconic red holiday cups in exchange for something more customizable. The new color-in holiday cups feature illustrations of presents, snowflakes and a Christmas tree. While there are a few pops of red and green, the cups are mostly black and white to give customers the opportunity to personalize the cup to fit their personality.
