Heim Barbecue sets official grand opening date

The wait is almost over.

Sunday night, Heim Barbecue finally unveiled a piece of information its loyal (and hungry) fans have been hungry for all summer: The date its brick-and-mortar location will open its doors to the public.

That date, per a note from Travis and Emma Heim, is Saturday, Aug. 6 at 11 a.m.

“Say a prayer, think a good thought, send positive vibes our way, because ready or not, we’re scrambling to have hot BBQ ready for your face 8/6/16!” reads the note, in part.

As previously reported, Heim Barbecue, located on Fort Worth’s Near Southside, will feature craft beers and a massive bourbon selection, alongside Heim’s signature bacon burnt ends, a “HeimBurger” and, of course, plenty of smoked meats.

We’ll see y’all in line.
