Heim Barbecue gives Rougned Odor free meals for life

Maybe you’ve heard about the Rougned Odor-Jose Bautista kerfuffle at Globe Life Park over the weekend?

Travis Heim, co-owner of Fort Worth’s Heim Barbecue, did — and to mark the punch heard ‘round the world, Heim has pulled together a limited edition T-shirt honoring the basebrawler.

For $15, you can own a piece of Texas Rangers history, wearing a shirt that says simply “Rougned eats free,” followed by the Heim Barbecue logo.

“He’s an a—hole, but he’s our a—hole,” Travis Heim writes on the T-shirt’s Tilt page. “Celebrate one of the most gratifying punches we have all ever seen. Rougie went for the knockout on Joey Bats, and because of that, he never pays for a meal at Heim Barbecue!”

The T-shirt is only available (unfortunately for those living outside the immediate DFW area) for in-person pick-up at Heim Barbecue’s yet-to-open brick and mortar location on 1109 W. Magnolia Ave., tentatively starting this weekend.

As of this writing, 40 shirts have been ordered, and it’s not clear when or where Heim will cut off orders.

So slide on over, and order yourself one of the many pieces of Odor-Bautista Punch-Out memorabilia proliferating across the Internet.
