Unimpressed Cocker Spaniel's First Time Trying Sparkling Water Is the Funniest Thing You'll See This Week
Just like their human counterparts, dogs are filled with preferences, opinions, and personal taste. And when it comes to all of the above, sometimes they'll make them extremely known in the funniest of ways.
TikTok user @nise_040_ took to the video sharing app to share her adorable Cocker Spaniel, Maya, and her hilarious reactions to trying new things. Maya is not only the owner of luscious locks, but some very strong opinions. When presented with sparkling water instead of still for the first time, her reaction was epically hilarious.

Despite being presented with her water in a nice, little bowl, Maya was NOT having it at all. She turned her nose up at the new water and refused even the tiniest of tastes. Maya is a particular gal and she clearly knows what she likes!
Her mother was well aware and even commented back that Maya is, "Cute but deeply offended by sparkling water!"
How to Improve Hydration For Dogs
Hydration is incredibly important when it comes to maintaining your dog's health. If you find yourself concerned with your dog's water intake or their hydration levels, there are several things you can do to improve it:
- Dry Kibble contains very little moisture, so mixing in warm water or broth can be a great additive.
- Having multiple points of access and bowls of water around can encourage pickier dogs to drink.
- Along a similar line, make sure your dog's water bowl is always clean and free of debris.
- Little things like ice cubes and or frozen yogurt treats can encourage drinking and help supplement hydration when needed.
- And if health is becoming a concern, talk to a vet about your worries and consider adding additional supplements into your dog's diet to increase their levels.
Needless to say, if you're worried about your dog being hydrated enough, sparkling water may not be the solution you need. But it is great for some hilarious reactions, and that's a treat in and of itself.
