Animated film ‘Sing’ set for free screenings
Want to see a free movie? Here’s your chance.
The new animated film Sing, featuring the voices of Matthew McConaughey and Reese Witherspoon and set to open in late December, is being shown for free at 10 a.m. on Nov. 26 on a first-come, first-served basis at 200 AMC theaters around the country. No advance ticketing required.
That’s the day after Black Friday so you’ll probably need the time to take a load off and stop worrying about what you’re getting the relatives for a couple of hours.
The participating North Texas theaters include AMC NorthPark in Dallas, AMC Irving Mall 14, AMC Mesquite 30, AMC Grapevine Mills 30, AMC Firewheel in Garland, AMC Highland Village 12, and AMC Stonebriar in Frisco.
Sing, rated PG, is about a koala who decides to throw a singing competition.
